Commercial Property Investing

Hello!! I have a question and I haven't gotten an answer, but are there any investors who are wanting commercial real estate properties? I drive by so many commercial properties (abandoned hotels, restaurants, and etc) on my work and looked up owners of them but I don't know anyone who invest in these types of properties. I'm in Middle TN and drive to Nashville almost every day.

@Amelia Posely, sure there a lot of investors who invest in commercial properties. Sounds like your market can't support the current inventory, though. They properties are empty because there is a lack of demand or it's cheaper to build new.
