Office Building Management Forms

Does anyone have a good template or sample of a commercial (office) property management agreement or where I could get one. I checked the shared forms online for a sample commercial management agreement but didn't see one. I have been primarily specializing in the management of residential properties (SFR & MFR) and have a standard state form but would like to have a commercial specific agreement to enter with the building owner. It's a smaller 10,000 sf 2 story building, with elevator and has 7 total tenant spaces. I'm partnering with a local reputable commercial leasing agent as well. Thanks in advance.
