Land: I have name of owner and general area. Need to find the parcel and exact location of land owned by them. How do I do it?

Hey,

As title say, I have the owner's name and general area that the land is located but where do I go to find the exact information on the land? They own 11 acres but are not sure on address / specifics. Where can I get this information?
