Looking for some references for a commercial real estate building inspector?

Also - what's the significant differences between commercial and residential and can I use my residential for a commercial building?

I used Dan Meyers out of South Orange for my multi family He does commercial too. There are different risk factors to watch out for depending on what the commercial space is being used for. A restaurant or a bodega with a kitchen for example. Also there may be different fire codes as well. A good inspector will know what to look for.
