For Commercial Sales - Do you use the same purchase contract as Residential Sales?

I am thinking NO, but I am just double checking. As you can see, I haven't done any commercial sales and need to write a contract, but am not sure if it's the same contract or not. In addition, the franchised real estate company I hang my license with only has "residential" contracts in their database.

Please help me! Thank you very much everyone.
