Hey BP!

I started investing about 4 years ago and have acquired a few residential properties here in Colorado.

Enough so that my wife can be a stay at home mom with our kiddos.

I've always wanted to get into the commercial side of things. NNN is my dream investment.

I’m currently looking for a property up to $2.5m here in Colorado.

I would love the opportunity to speak with an experienced investor. I understand the residential side very well. Not so much the commercial side.
