I'm struggling to find a company to provide an insurance quote to me on a property I'm trying to purchase in ohio. It is a mixed use. Commercial/ w 3 residential units. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I've tried 3 so far and just cant find a insurance company that would insure all 4 units.
