ICSC - First Timer - Need Suggestions Please

Hello Everyone! I am planning on attending the Vegas ICSC in May. 

I am currently a Realtor and primarily do residential sales. I am looking to get in to more commercial sales and hope to bring businesses to my local area. 

I have never attended ICSC before. I would like to go as prepared as possible  

What recommendations can you give me to best prepare for the event? Tips? Suggestions? Anything would greatly be appreciated.
