Starting in commercial residential property

Hi everybody,

I have been investing in multifamily housing (3-4 family homes) for the past 5 years, but I would like to graduate to the commercial residential space. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to get started?

I would love suggestions on books to read, websites to read, ways to source deals, or anything else that you think might be helpful.
