Hello I bought my first commercial property for my business, came with 2 building the tenants that came with the second building moved out in January. Lookimg for examples of Commercial lease and any special wording I should habe in it.

Use a commercial real estate attorney. Might spend a few thousand for a lease with a new tenant but it usually pays off with the language, rental increases, personal guarantees, how options are defined etc. Additionally there are usually costs for tenant improvements and leasing commissions.
