Hey everyone, so i was driving for dollars and come across 2 off MLS properties for sale that looked for be fixer uppers but ended up being the home owner selling 60 acres and the other property actually has 2 homes on it and extra land in the back that they told me was going to be townhomes? anyways, i dont know much about commercial but im going to look into it so if there is any commercial investors in the in the raleigh area that are interested in more information feel free to get in touch. i dont want to pass up possible good investments
