HELP!!!! Co-working space market research
I have an opportunity to purchase a building on the square in a community near me, before going to see the building I was thinking apartments upstairs and commercial downstairs. After walking through the building 5 different times and doing some research online, I feel this is an Ideal location for a co-working space along with a few private executive offices. The thing that is holding me back from going forward with the project is I'm not sure if this community can support a coworking office. How can I do market research to get an answer? any help is greatly appreciated. Joseph Borges
