any suggestions on a good Commercial General Contractor in RGV ?

Does any one know of some good mid sized commercial general contractors in RGV  as in Mcallen, TX or Edinburg, Texas I have property to work with in Mission, and Elsa too. I even need to do something with this gravel pit west of town, perhaps any suggestions like for a contractor to install some scales and cameras (may be I just need to sell it and be done with the pit, I got so much other I would rather fool with)

I like the idea of developing things for triple net leasing or build and sell office condo shells.  Got all this prime land just growing grass

Also have a need for a contractor that knows how to build mini warehouse where I could put in an apartment and hire a manager to live there and watch it.

I just don't want something where I have to be there all the time. I am a GC myself with a decent track record but I live near Houston 350 miles away, got a fair amount of work to do here. Thought I would first try to find some one local before spending a lot of time away from my wife and child trying to build myself that far away.

Any suggestions on this forum or messages are greatly appreciated
