How to Get a List of Nearby Offices Cheap

I'm trying to build a list of about 500 office spaces that are near to some offices I'm trying to lease.

I know that you can pay a list broker or marketing company to get you a list of offices within a radius, but I'm trying to DIY.

Does anyone know of any tricks or shortcuts for getting a mailing list of office spaces?
