NEED SUGGESTIONS ON FINDING PRIVATE INVESTOR FUNDING on STR

We have a 4/3 STR vacation house right on the water at Lake Keowee in Seneca SC. Looking to extract some cash to add 2 BR's and 1B plus some extras, in order to increase rents (currently at 440/650/night). Can someone suggest where to go to get a 2nd mortgage, preferably a private investor? Thanks in advance for any advice, Mary F.
