New member of bigger pockets

Hi I am new here at bigger pockets. I was introduced to this site by one of my very good Freind in Kentucky. I have been always interested in Realestate. I first started with my first rental property when we moved from one we built to new current home. My family was very attached with the one we moved from, reason being the first home and the time and emotional attachement with the house we spend that we ended up renting and it’s still being rented after 8 years with good tenant and in great neighborhood. Since I did that thought of some more and ended up buying another mixed unit commercial and residential unit and renting them out with mixed people some good and some really horrible. Buy survived and still own and rent but never gave up because of lots of horrible experience. I still love my property and keep renting. I than ended up becoming a realtor in Cincinnati and been active for almost 4 years. Bought another property for the first time from Sherrifs auction to gets hands dirty and learning hands on regaining the property very hard way and working with individuals not very professional but got through and rented the property after almost 1 1/2 years of rehabing. I did learn a lot in the process by myself, I wish I should have known this forum would have made my life easier. But like everyone says “better late than never” And I take my life as positive in every situation, and keep moving. Now I am once again ready for another project and looking for some good commercial property. And this time I hope I can do a better job because I am sure I got my back covered with pros at BIGGER POCKETS and hopefully local Reia which I am about to join soon. I need all the help from the wholesalers if any one can help me getting my feet wet and find me some deals, if anyout there in there inventory. Thanks to everyone in advance and looking forward to a great experience for the years to come with great people here and everywhere in Realestate.
