Which sponsors on crowdfunding platforms have you invested with?

I'm interested in making a passive investment in a commercial strip mall through a crowdfunding platform called CrowdStreet.  I am looking to hear from anyone who has invested in a crowdfunding syndication that has gone full circle, meaning you've received your capital back.  How did it go?  What did you learn?  Did you get the returns you were promised?  Who would you invest with again? Who would you avoid? etc.
