Hello everyone Im owner financing a Commercial retail building. I did the financing in my name as an individual and am wanting to rent it out. Am not sure if I should make an LLC to protect my self or does it even make a difference because am financing it in my name? Would I have to do it as an individual and take the risk of being sued personally if something happens because its owner financed in my name? Is there anyone who can give me some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated! This is my first time and am at a total loss. Thank you
