Former Dry Cleaners- Pollution Risk?

I am considering purchasing a building in Florida that used to be a dry cleaners. It stopped operating over 5 years ago, but it still has to be tested for potential pollutants. Nothing has come up yet, but I'm concerned about being on the hook for potential pollution cleanup if I make the purchase. Does anyone have experience with a situation like this?
