Commercial real estate attorneys in Brevard county fl

Hello all,

Can someone refer me to a good commercial real estate attorney in brevard county fl? also is it common to pay said attorney a percentage of the deal once it is closed? or is it more likely they will want an hourly consultation fee (plus the percentage of the deal)

i am looking at a commercial property in a strip mall, although i will run the numbers; i would feel more comfortable with an attorney looking at said deal to confirm that i am not being overly optimistic.

Thanks,

Most CRE attorneys charge hourly or agree to some type of range on fees depending on the deal type. It depends on how much work is involved and what types of issues have to be addressed.
