Commercial real estate
Hi Folks,
I'm curious to venture out into smaller commercial RE investing. I'm not interested in doing malls and things like that, rather a hand full of doctor's offices/ etc.
There isn't a whole lot of talk/info that i've been able to find on commercial RE-most of it is all residential.
I have done quite a bit of residential investing and I would like to venture on to bigger deals now.
My question is-does anyone have any good books they would recommend or people to reach out to. I've learned over the years that networking is everything in this business and I would like to connect with a few people and ask some questions.
Thank you everyone in advance for any advice you provide.

Buy some commercial real estate finance and investment text books. They will go into great detail on lots of different areas. Bruggerman has a good one.
Real estate developers handbook
Real estate investors desk guide.
Those are both older but great content.
A book called real estate entrepreneur or something along those lines written by an attorney /broker who talks about his own deals.
I’m also happy to chat with you if you want to bounce some ideas back and forth.
