Commercial property manager recommendations in Baltimore

I have acquired a few commercial properties in Baltimore Maryland and am looking for a property manager with some experience in the commercial space instead of using my residential PM. These properties are small retail spaces with about 550 square feet each located in a 2-3 multi unit buildings. it seems like a niche space, many of the PMs I have spoke with only take on office buildings or strip malls.
