Greetings BP

Its been a while since Ive posted, and ive been thinking how am i gonna fund a deal, so im gonna ask here. A 6 unit building popped on the market in a fast up and coming area thats highly desired, However this home needs a full rehab. I was looking for different resources and the only one that made sence was hard money to acquire it and pay for the repairs then later do a cash out refi. Is this my only option, is there a loan product that work like the 203K for a 6unit building?

Make sure it is a legal 6 unit first for your stabilized income value. Water main and sewer could be worn out and need replacement to the street.

You could also for extensive rehab be required by county or city code to put in fire sprinkler systems in each unit. Lot's of stuff to check on more than this.
