Just read several posts regarding the self storage finance,it seems SBA loan is the good way.

But just talked with the bank who deal with SBA loan,it seems that you should be US citizen or Green card for finance.

Any other programs that I can consider for finance self storage? I am working visa, not Green Card holder.

Thanks

If you can have a partner(s) that qualify and you remain less than 20% ownership, an SBA loan could still be a possibility and you could get the benefits of the program.
