Executive Suites in the Heartland
Good morning!
Here in Kansas City there is virtually ZERO access to branded class C Exec Suites. I'm finishing an LOI tonight / tomorrow morning for $500+ in the Northland.
LOI --
6000 sq ft. building., 50% Investor units offered for 3k sq. ft. and $100,000 to rehab the building. I will have the calculus for the exit in the next day or two.
Here what I really want to know: What will kick my *** in the endeavors that I haven't thought about?
