Dallas class A office tower sells for $16/SF

This may be the most amazing buy I have ever heard of in this market. It probably rented for $20/SF not too long ago and even now, should rent for $14/SF. They could probably lease it up to 100% at $11/SF now, and then ratchet back up to market rents over the next few years.
