Hi everyone! Thanks in advance! I am currently looking into how to filter out different properties such that I can narrow down my focus on what to invest in in NY. Does anyone know techniques of how I can do this efficiently with respect to my risk tolerance, such as occupancy risk, geographic risk, obsolescence risk, etc. Also do you guys this this is an effective method of filtering out properties? Thanks!
