Hi,

I am looking for a commercial broker to help me assess the sale value of a commercial land.

it is a land along a busy main road which is about 0.30 acres. It was a former vehicle repair shop which is now in complete disrepair.

Is there any specialist commercial brokers for that type of asset that you would recommend?
