Education materials on warehouse investing

Hello,

I am trying to learn more about buying and leasing small warehouses (buildings with 2-8 bays; each bay being 400 - 1,000 sqft.). Does anyone have experience with this type of property? If so, could you please point me to any books, blogs, podcasts, etc. that are good resources for learning about this particular space or light industrial properties in general? Thanks in advance.
