Aloha everyone,
I'm an American. My girlfriend is a Vietnamese citizen. We have identified a nice piece of oceanfront real estate in a popular area.

We need advice for how to take this opportunity and turn it into a 5 star luxury resort.

We have local connections with community leaders and expect to be meeting soon with government officials to discuss the property -- but we have no investment funds, and no experience.

We want to make this happen.
