Commercial Property Management in Denver
I am looking to understand the cost of hiring a commercial property manager in Denver.
The scenario is as follows:
1. Non Profit Education focused organization that owns its own commercial property in Lakewood.
2. Organization does not wish to hire an employee with property management skills. Would much rather hire it out.
3. Percent of rent as compensation to property management doesn't work as the non-profit owns the property.
Please contact me for further details. Looking for guidelines as to what we would expect to pay and an understanding of the services offered. We'd be looking to treat the property manager as "the landlord" - ie, somebody we could call to manage a repair, somebody who would tell us what regular maintenance needs to occur and when and help us schedule and budget such maintenance.
This is a bit different than "stick tenants in and collect rent" scenario.
