Looking for restaurant space

I'm looking for drive through restaurant properties for sale or for lease. Anyone know of any currently available or that will be available soon. I'd like to make contacts with brokers, agents, and landlords for me to acquire drive through restaurant properties. I'm open to any state in the US but the properties have to be good, something in busy areas where my tenants could succeed.
