Loopnet Premium account
Hey BPers.
I wanted to see if anyone had a Loopnet Premium account with access in Fl. (not sure if Loopnet's premuim account limits you to 1 state like CoStar)
Right now, I don't see the premium account being worth the $250/month for my occasional use and not knowing the quality of the listings on the premium service without a free trial.
If you have the premium account, do you know if auto searches and emails can be set up? Ideally I'd like to have the listings come to me automatically and pay $300 for any deal I that close rather than the fat cost for something that I may only use a few months per year.
Thoughts or ideas?
Thanks!

3 years back is awhile for pricing.
Used to be 39.95 to 49.95 a month WAY BACK in the day. Now their spiel since the merger is that Costar listings are integrated into Loopnet giving you access to more properties etc. so they jacked the price way up. I saw recently doing a gold listing for a single property at 400 a month!!
This stuff is just outrageous and why the people in the know use other avenues to find and sell inventory.
These days it's more PEER to PEER relationships where I have thousands of companies nationally in my database and we call and talk directly to source properties for my clients. They like dealing with a broker who pre-qualifies their clients and has already seen financial statements versus a random person calling them off of Loopnet and they do not know if they are a flake buyer or real.
Time is a huge commodity in this business and nobody likes to waste with flakes and serial lookers who take no action even if a deal is presented to them.
