Market Rents for Los Angeles (90036 & 90048)

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to Commercial Real Estate (2 months) and I've been trying to get a hold of owners for retail type properties in the 90036 & 90048 areas of Los Angeles. I'm conducting a Rent Survey to find the average Market Rents for thee previously mentioned zip codes. If any one has information on how to find or actual data of the areas, it would be greatly appreciated if it was shared.
