Twinbrook Neighborhood Master Plan

Wonder if anyone in the DC area has experience with the Twinbrook Neighborhood Plan. There is a building for sale and lease and it is certainly built for light industrial use with many role in bays. However, having issues with auto use as it is across the street from residential. Anyone that can offer advice would be great. Thank You.
