Do Properties in Soley Owned LLC count towards 10 Property Limit

I have a solely owned LLC with a commercial loan and one property on it.

I own 8 other properties under my personal name.

Right now I want to buy a primary for myself but recently I just saw an attractive 4 unit go up that I was to buy conventional to rent out. If I try to buy both I'll be at 11 properties total with 1 under the LLC.

I don't want to jeopardize a close so my question is....does that one property under my SOLELY owned LLC count towards my 10 limit or not?
