We are potentially investing in self-storage units. I've read various articles and blogs, but I want opinions from actual owners. Please tell me everything important to know about the business. Pros/cons? Do you run a successful business, and what makes it successful? If not, what has factored into it? Most desirable or popular trends in storage?
