Hi all,

im new to commercial / retail real estate investing.

I found a deal today but im not sure whether its a good deal or not.

Below are the details the NOI is

Net Operating Income

$181,220

this is my first real estate deal .

please help me .I am trying to analyse , is it a good deal or bad deal ?

And if its a good deal than how to raise money to invest.
