Raise money for the 20% down payment or pull equity from a rental
I'm looking to finance my first commercial apartment building and I'm looking for feedback on whether one should pull equity for the 20% or raise money for the 20%. I can see pros and cons to both. Pulling equity from one of my rentals would limit the size of my deal, but at the end of the day it would be easier.
