Fundraising for a Hospitality/Condo development

I am interested in purchasing a campground that is permitted for a lodge and cabins (but are non-existent on the property). I'd like to build 24 contemporary style cabins and use a condo/hospitality model that is common at ski resorts as a fundraising mechanism. For example, an investor purchases a unit and the management company rents it out when the owner isn't visiting the property.

How would this type of fundraising vehicle be established? What type of corporate structure would you recommend (LLC?) Your suggestions are appreciated. Can you also point me to any resources on the BP website/forums?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
