Retitling from WY LLC to VA LLC

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to search the exact process to retitle a commercial property. This is the current situation.

The commercial property is currently owned by a multi member LLC in Wyoming.

The WY LLC is owner of a house as well as the commercial property.

The property is located in Virginia.

I would like to retitle it to a single member Virginia LLC (owned solely by myself).

What documents do I need to have to remove only the commercial property and to retitle it in the VA LLC?

Thank you in advance for your advice. I've tried to search online and enlist the help of Legalzoom, but the company just told me they would not be able to help (?)
