Need advise negotiating lease buyout with B of A

Bank of America (B of A) is closing 100's of branches across America and my family has part ownership in land that has a B of A Branch on it with NNN lease. The lease expires in 2019 but B of A is vacating the property this year. Has anyone had any experience negotiating a lease buyout with B of A? Either that or we just collect rent and wait for the lease to run out.
