A started a coworking space in Hawaii a few years back. We're in the black and have a lease on a place in a desirable neighborhood. Now that we have a model down I'd like to start investing in commercial properties. Does anyone here have experience going from leasing to ownership with their existing business as an anchor tenant in the building?
