Me and My partner are new Investors and want to make sure we get this first deal done right. We are looking into purchasing an apartment building and think we have found a good deal. We do not have the cash but are looking for private investors. My question is when looking for a partner to invest with and the numbers look good. What percentage of the profit are we looking at receiving if we are using an investor’s capital? And are non recourse loans still available in times like this?
