Vacant Land for sale-'Seller will build to suite'

I saw vacant land 'for sale' listing that said 'Seller will build to suite'. Does that mean if I buy the land, do I have to use the Seller's constuction company to build? The land seems to be a good deal but if I cannot shop for building, it may not a good idea to buy...

"Build to Suit" generally means that the landowner will do design build for a building specifically for a certain tenant, to their specification.  Typically it is then put on a long term lease.  Otherwise, if a prospective buyer wants to own their own building, but has no experience building or dealing with contractors, then the landowner will have it build and sell it as a package  deal.
