I am in the interested in purchasing a retail NNN leased properties in KS to a major national tenant.

What are some of the best lenders for retail deals in terms of rates and dp requirements.

Yes I have.

Each lender is based on the property, the lease, and the borrower as to what is possible. So without really seeing a flyer of what you are trying to do and the numbers involved I would not know which program or lender might be best for your situation.

Some lender stay in major metro's, others go further out. Some stay in a certain loan range etc.
