To invest in El Paso or Tucson... THAT is the question.

Good evening, BP,

I have a question I hope you can answer. I am a commercial banker in Durango and one of my colleagues has a customer who is looking to purchase one of two dollar stores. One is in El Paso, TX and the other is in Tucson, AZ. I don't have a lot of info on the deal but I assume they cash flow similarly and are similar price, LTV and Rate of Return. Can anyone provide some insight regarding state laws, demographics, dollar stores, etc. that might be able to sway this investor one way or the other? Thanks in advance!
