Hi All,

My family is looking for a broker to help us locate a suitable retail location to setup our franchise. We are looking in the Winston-Salem, NC area and are looking to potentially open multiple locations in the next couple years. 

Interested to know if anyone knows any commercial retail brokers they recommend? What tips or factors should go into deciding which broker is a good fit?
