Condo conversion

I currently flip homes and convert small scale apartment buildings into condos. I'm not ready to jump into the larger scale yet but I am ready to do some research regarding bigger scale conversions. Does anyone know a website where I could find commercial listings or even bankrupt apartment listings covering all states?

Also, I'm not sure if I have found a site that offers such resources. The site is as follows http://www.tm1031exchange.com/ because I'm a very small scale investor, I'm not completely sure what this site offers or if this site offers commercial sales to private investors.

Some help would be great.
