Commercial Wholesaling In Tampa Bay

OK, so I am a residential wholesaler. Lately I have been getting curious about commercial wholesaling and It has my attention. I have always heard, "Do what others are not willing to do".  Well living in Tampa Bay, the Mecca of wholesaling, you can throw a rock in any direction and hit a residential wholesaler so I guess this is my way to stand out. However, I need help, anyone doing commercial wholesaling for living in the Tampa Bay Area? I would preferably like to talk to someone who mad the transition from residential into commercial. I want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. What's the difference? How did you make the transition? How is the deal flow? How is the cash flow? How do I get started?   I'm not saying I want to make the change but i want to get a feel for it. Thank you in advance.
